The future of humanity is built on our individual desires, vision and capacities. The sum of our individual mature acts will make the difference between a world headed for disaster and a world headed for species self actualization. All we need do to assist in our evolution is to get out of our own way and stop killing ourselves and the planet daily. We need to maintain a deep understanding of Life, ourselves and Nature 24 hours a day, every day of our lives. This recovery of the authentic spirituality of Earthsoul is absolutely essential to our survival. We are literally being forced to discover our inner potential and the nature of Kosmic-function through the critical neglect of our past. As our mistakes play out they become plainly obvious when our suffering becomes acute. The Vision Of A Noble Future
With increased love and consciousness we can now turn from rebellion to assist life on earth and be co-creators in our own evolution. With our higher capacities of mind we have the vision-logic necessary to transcend the old paradigms that lead to endless suffering. As we find out “what works” our growth, our hope and our faith increases exponentially. And as we move away from “what doesn’t work” we can forgive our past and recover our gratitude for life. With this return of biological gratitude our nobility and grace is restored. Thus our meaning and purpose become obvious, as once again we are “plugged” into the Kosmos. No longer will we feel separation from God, the painful rift within ourselves, and between ourselves. We will become progressively free.
As each soul is curiously encountered, explored and cherished creative genius is found in every corner of the world. A perpetual renaissance flowers in which Kosmic design is increasingly made evident in its infinite forms. Grand cities arise which feed the mind, body and soul and only give back to the earth, never harming. Pollution and rape of resources are unknown and cannot even be conceived of as an option. The energy and nutrient cycles of Gaia are restored and maintained at a high degree of fertility. Abundance and high productivity are the very nature of the economy and so starvation and poverty are wholly absent. Animals, plants, people and the earth are treated with a living compassion and reverence. Diversity of life, mind and soul is central to humanity’s spiritual understanding of the nature of the Kosmos. Ecosystems are managed only through using the “ways of nature,” in nature’s time frame and using natural resources and Life systems. Thus the whole world will become permaculturalized. When this happens both the earth and her people are at last allowed to become self-cleansing and regenerative. Morbid accumulations of toxins and the consequent encroachment of disease are invariably overcome. Medicine shifts its focus from the repair of failed systems wrought by ignorance and abuse to the proactive enhancement of already perfect health. Exploitation in all its forms is forever banished to the past. Instead regeneration becomes the guiding principle in the psyche of Humankind leading to ever accelerating evolution.
Psychological health is so sublime that the barriers to communion are dropped leading to an increasing telepathic, empathic race. Even space and time become less resistant to the penetration of consciousness. The noosphere, the Earthmind will become increasingly blissful as wholeness is evidenced. Lovers will find each other without dally, resistance or folly. The children which will be born from such perfect unions will exhibit gifts beyond our conception. Within each generation huge advances in consciousness and behavior will occur. The fight between good and evil will become so obvious to everyone, that choice between the two will not even be an issue. For one and all will naturally “do the right thing.” Killing in the name of God, lust or greed will never again be seen on earth or any other human colony. War will seem as foreign to us as our lemur-like beginnings. Consciousness will forever grow to look at the Face of God with ever greater reverence and honesty. We will fearlessly reveal all our dark secrets and heal from our unconscious past with fierce determination to bring on our glorious vision. And we will let the future unfold as the greater design for life in the universe intended. We will get out of our own way...to let ourselves be. We will show up as all that we are.
The books of Ken Wilber, in giving us a poetic-scientific map of the universe and an understanding of our multi-conscious self, patiently knits together the fabric of our mind. A mind which the world “seems” intent on tearing apart—the crucial word being "seems." Volumes could be written about this seeming dissociation. I will try to explain this "seeming": There wouldn't be a schism if one was unconscious to confusion, duplicity, compromise and paradox. Therefore as we awaken we begin to "feel" the apparent push-pull of differentiation and discernment, before we manage to skillfully incorporate, integrate and transcend. The scatter is almost a bio-frustration of the nervous system trying to encompass a universe that is expanding at the rate of that growing consciousness. And on the physical level, mind can not be harmonious if the body and earth are degraded, toxic and weak. We cannot hope for an evolving-ethic and increasingly humane society if we do not “know ourselves” and “life” enough to compassionately regenerate. Ken's work and presence helps us see that it is OK! to be wherever we are. And through that final compassionate resting with "what is," we can gain our bearings and move on from our angst and our resistance to infinite expansion. As Ken might say—it is our own lack of inclusiveness that makes us feel shattered and out of control; perhaps the symptom of consciousness learning to co-creatively grow. Foremost it is his incredible positive expansion of mind and soul, that I have discovered is synonymous with the flowering of compassion and heart, which I am most grateful to Ken for. It allows me to speed my exit from situations which detract from my freedom and creativity. For I have learnt that victim-consciousness is pathological communion...this makes me feel less helpless about changing my circumstances. It is almost like we don't have the words for it yet...co-dependency, helplessness, lack of inner authority, unconscious of the Kosmic/Universal within (or unable to live by it in a life-hostile society). We are so steeped in the condition of victim consciousness that we can't even recognize it...yet the force of freedom continually grows and we can look back and observe our self constructed prison. The majority of humanity whether they be male or female, aggressor or aggressed are blindly caught in this pathological communion. Our social, economic, political, medical and educational systems are fueled by victim consciousness. Throughout the history of the race the pattern of dominance and submission (exploitation and competition) has ruled our social structure. The Mystic Civilization
In creating a better world we have to be clear and strong in pro-actively seeking all that enhances love and regenerates lifeforce. Therefore whether we be Man, Woman or Child we can only create the world we want with the clear vision and expansiveness of compassionate, regenerated bodymind. “In the last chapter in "The Eye of Spirit" Ken gives a description of a life lived in vision logic and beyond. He describes a veritable society of enlightened beings and how they might live. There is a manifestation of pure equality consciousness, an embodiment of gentle compassion, a person of all-embracing expansiveness, one of illuminating intelligence, even an incarnation of the wrath of God, the one of discrimination wisdom. There is also the pure healer, who heals by their very presence. The inspired educators, artists, athletes etc. are also recognized.” Mark Johnson I can clearly see the possibility for the emergence of an enlightened civilization through the marriage of three systems of knowledge: Permaculture and Raw Foodism and Wilberism. Permaculture is the most advanced system of sustainable agriculture, planetary management and ecological design. Raw Foodism is the cutting edge understanding of health, regeneration of enviro-energy systems and providing an integral foundation for spiritual growth. Wilberism or Transpersonal Spirituality is the most wholistic and inclusive intellectual perspective which allows healing from the tragic human history of divisiveness and persecution. If these three “evolving disciplines” were globally implemented we could jump to the next quantum level of civilization within our lifetime. I am doing my best to synergistically use all three in my life and to network between the groups to help others see the benefits.
The amount of lifeforce energy we can produce and refine determines our spiritual state. Thus our spiritual evolution is synonymous with the energy level within our food, the biosphere, noosphere and the earth itself. The more cooked, denatured food that is eaten the hungrier mind, body, soul and earth become. The most elevated levels of our consciousness or spirituality are high energy states achieved through following natural law, regeneration/detoxification and spiritual training. Creative genius and vision-logic are stimulated through purification of body and mind. It seems our toxicity, malnutrition, ignorance and conditioning are the only things holding us back from an enlightened age. For thousands of years of cooked culture humanity has been “indigesting” rather than digesting their food. Cooked food doesn’t digest, it rots! No amount of digestive enzyme supplements, antacids or painkillers will hold back the inevitable tide of destruction, pain and insanity. It is a simple and inescapable truth that well-being of the mind cannot be divorced from well-being of the body and earth. We cannot wait for direction from this or that teacher or authority, or for society to support us or encourage us in our growth. We have to create this new humanity from the inside out in the way each of us lives our daily life. There is no way that politicians or anyone else for that matter can uphold a Kosmic ethic and sexual purity when their bodymind is degenerated from standard cooked culture. We cannot blame our leaders for simply playing out the symptoms of that deviation from Natural Law when the rest of society is largely living by the same degenerate code. Jesus was a natural leader because he was brought up on the deep universal-life-code of the Essenes. He was too pure for the degraded standard culture of the times and was sacrificed on the cross of ignorance. We need leaders who live by natural law, who have been born into families that live a raw-regenerated lifestyle. Within several generations we will begin to see the Kosmically aligned leaders of which we dream, and we will find that those leaders will be us.
Victim consciousness, loss of inner sovereignty and weak sense of Earthsoul are one and the same phenomena. How do we free our primal self to overcome the tyranny of victim consciousness and the loss of auto-directedness. By compassionately resting with “what is” and by regenerating the earth with permaculture and sustainable human systems. This would entail changing our diet to raw food to come up to speed with spirit in order to be able to do this restorative work; as permaculture, sustainability and evolution begin with the welfare of the cells in our bodies. We will remain victims to the (inner and outer) forces of decay, domination and usury as long as we continue to live by codes which make us less than who we really are. By waking up to a deeper meeting with ourselves, we wake up to the larger possibilities for life in the Universe. We will continue feel the helplessness and fear of life unlived, and reduced inner communion and community as long as we refuse to live by the principles of regeneration and sustainability. The schizophrenic denigration of matter, and exaltation of spirit is key to our original shame and self hatred as a species. It has been fundamental to the disembodiment of the race which has lead to a perilous collapse of our “state knowledge” (Groking) of natural law. It allows us to exploit our earth, our bodies, each other and paradoxically causes the radical descent of spirit. Bodyism (obsession with the body and regressive states) has become rampant because we are “out of touch” with the reality of nature and our bodies due to a devitalization of the biosphere and ourselves. So we are seeking to reconnect as the pain of this divorce from the lifestream becomes accute. This is an unconscious attempt of spirit to wake up to the reasons for our suffering. For our evolution to the mystic level we cannot lie to ourselves anymore and be a party to our own destruction. The descent into bodyism will not be gotten rid of until we understand what we are made of and how to maintain our matter in the service of Spirit.
Once the regenerative meme has seeped into the average intellectuals mindset: raw-nutrition and the Mystic Civilization will be spoken on the same breath. Of this I am sure for rationality, subtle awakening and our noble survival demand it. It takes a while to recondition one’s mind to this regenerative way of thinking, but prolife logic becomes increasingly easy, profound and all pervasive. This book is about ground zero...preserving and regenerating the very ground of our being and consciousness, on which to base our “integral Kosmos.” Incentives and possibilities for a raw-regenerated world. Working for an integral vision of civilization based on a trans-anthropomorphic understanding of life in the universe. That is a view of life beyond cultural bias and habit through radical self awareness of the way we perceive. Changing the process-structures of human existence to those that are intuited and directed from the highest spiritual states, and implemented on down the chain of being. This way the structures themselves aspire, allow and motivate greatness. Rather than a culture by default, punishment and reward...but one which promotes the inherent nobility of Homo Sapiens.
