  About Jana Dixon

If we are to honestly respect “Life” we have to adhere to the Hippocratic oath of “First do no harm.” This means a major life change for many and the total restructuring of civilization. For once we understand what “Life” is and what “Life” needs we can no longer prepare, serve or sell cooked-foods. This would mean a revolution in hospitals, child raring, elder care, restaurants and a radical change in a major portion of world commerce. Civilization would be overhauled if the human race had the awareness and integrity to live up to the first law of life: “Life comes from Life.” The raw revolution would be the greatest, most impacting revolution ever seen by Mankind. The truth of the raw revolution is upon us as we slowly wake up to the insanity of our suffering.

All the degenerative diseases are different faces of the same problem—demineralization of the soil, cooked food and the build up of fat/inorganic mineral plaque on the cell membranes and vessel walls. In order to avoid and even cure these diseases we simply have to regenerate on raw remineralized food. To do our soul’s work of regeneration/enlightenment we have to make the pro-lifestyle the “norm” so that successive generations naturally adhere to and advance this way of life. In order to clean up one’s own genetic legacy to ensure that we pass on strength instead of suffering we have to both follow a regenerative lifestyle and breed with someone who also practices these principles.

By living the regeneration credo we are not only conserving our genetic heritage we are also providing an environment of ascending consciousness in which to bring up our children. Through regeneration parents have the vitality and sensitivity to genuinely love and attend to their children in the way nature intended, so that on both the physical level and the psycho-emotional level the children are nurtured to full health. In this way the human soul is preserved and we have the joy and strength necessary to evolve to an enlightened and humane society. Through degeneration and suffering we learn what doesn’t work. Through regeneration and pure joy we learn what works. Regeneration is the positive, proactive, life affirming approach to life. Regeneration is a life lived in faith—in the most expansive use of the word faith—where strong life-force streams freely through the body unhampered by contraction, toxicity, emotional blockage, defense mechanism, depolarization, malnutrition, pathogen, parasite, or disease. If we fall prey to disease however this does not necessarily mean that we lack faith in the ordinary sense of the word, it just means we need to try harder to regenerate the damage that past and present human activity has inflicted on our make up. Personally I think it will take several generations of regeneration for us to grow completely beyond the degenerative disease zone. But the best we can do in our own lifetime to avoid such ill health is to adhere to a fully regenerative lifestyle. Regeneration/enlightenment ensures maximum creativity and is our highest ethical state, the essence of who we are.

The general principles of the regenerative lifestyle include:

  1. Eat organic, remineralized live-foods from as wide a range of foods as possible. Use supplemental minerals and enzymes to repair damage from your past cooked-life and make the cleansing crisis easier. Seaweed is an ideal mineral supplement as is wheat grass juice and other green drinks.
  2. Eat live, organic food grown on land that has been remineralized with rock dust, green crops, animal manure, and seaweed. Seaweed folar spray on fruit and vegetable crops increases the nutrient uptake from the soil so this is the ultimate synergistic way to increase our mineral nutrition, especially if the soil has been remineralized with rock dust.
  3. Practice regular internal cleansing to coincide with spiritual crossroads or with solstices and the equinoxes. The absence of toxic obstruction in the body is just as important as good nutrition.
  4. Avoid pollution, radiation and use of chemicals, that is avoid all unnecessary stress both physical, mental and emotional.
  5. Overcome addiction to social drugs, as they tend to be toxic, leach the body of minerals and lead to acidity. When used habitually these crutches become a defense mechanism for the ego which prevents heart expansion. Our addictions are the keys to our repressed shadow material which is holding back our evolution.
  6. Realize our bodies do not belong to us they belong to the continuum of future generations. If you can’t love yourself enough to want to go raw for your own sake, then think of your impact on the noosphere that your personal growth would make. If you deeply feel the potential for the human race within you, it is that love which will raise you up from a self-destructive contracted mode.
  7. Remember the earth does not belong to us. We must do everything in our power to reinstate her vitality and her cycles. Our well being and our survival relies on our respect of Mother earth, so we have to learn to love ourselves enough to be sensitive to her real needs. 8. Commit to waking up to the understanding of “what works,” to live your truth in thought, word and action, for this speeds our arrival at a regenerative civilization. We basically have to make compost of the present civilization so that a new, fertile culture emerges from the ashes of our mistakes.
  8. On heeding the souls directives, we have to make changes toward a regenerative vocation. The sooner we face our fears to live our truth, the quicker we are aligned with a more soulful path and start to use our full potential.
  9. It is immoral and a waste of human effort to make money off of products or services that exploit the ignorance, addictions and weakness of others.
  10. It is also immoral to participate in and encourage "fix it" medicine and technology without addressing the causes and working to eliminate them.
  11. Share the knowledge of regeneration with all who are receptive, for we are all in the web of life together. The stronger we are individually the more healthy, free and evolved we are as a species.
  12. Regenerators always aim to reveal the causes behind the meriod network of symptoms and are wary of merely placating symptoms for this diverts attention from barefaced assessment of the causes.
  13. The primary values a regenerator strives for are clean air, clean water, remineralizing soils, healing ecosystems and living an ever expanding truth of "what works in nature." Genuine involvement and devotion to Nature or Kosmos as the great teacher. A deep felt-sense understanding that bodymind, soul, earth and Kosmos are one. And through this groking of "what is" in the universe we can no longer reject, suppress, poison, torment, ignore or kill any part of this one.
  14. Other values include: education, constant subtle outreach to raise up the existing culture. Self healing as a path to self actualization. Magnification of vision-logic and mystical capacities. Courageous revelation of all that holds us back from our full spiritual potential. Serious efforts towards benign technology and regeneration science and art. An evolving philosophy of regeneration in all its fields and implications.
